What qualifies as an interview?
An interview is counted whenever a candidate finishes an AI Interview session, including automated evaluation and report creation. Attempts that are incomplete or abandoned are not included.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes ✅ You can move between Startup, Growth, and Enterprise plans whenever you like. Your changes will be applied at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
Do you provide custom enterprise solutions beyond these plans?

Do unused interviews carry over to the next month?
For Startup and Growth plans, unused interviews do not carry forward. Enterprise clients can work with their account manager to arrange flexible usage options.
